The meeting starts at 6:30pm at the Art and Design Academy and everyone gathers in the downstairs cafe before entering the fabrication lab or mystisystem lab as I call it.

This looks so good I booked myself on to it and should be as it's a subject I am really interested in but would never know about how to find out more about it - so this is a perfect opportunity. At the next edition of SciBar in Liverpool, Professor Gareth Padfield, Emeritus Professor of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Liverpool, will talk about "Virtual Engineering".

With increasing levels of complexity in aerospace design, new approaches are required to assure quality of the design and quantify the level of risk and impact for all decisions. Join Professor Padfield, as he describes how Virtual Engineering (VE) is used in Supporting Design and Development across the Aerospace Life Cycle.
