It's my own personal history project stretching back to 2007 - with hundreds of recorded interviews, podcasts and plays. This section of the site is pretty old so don't expect it to work all the time and ignore it asking for Real Player to be loaded.
So Listener beware!!!

Bring your own projects....
Next gathering at : 11th April, 6:30pm at Liverpool Art and Design Academy.
Check out the fantatsic film by Tim Brunsden from Light Factory for his project Liverpool Stories. It examines the Florence Institure or the Florrie as it is known locally, the building has been derelict for years but through the fortitude of the local community it has been saved, renonvated and is now reopen to the the very same community who saved it.
A new short course is now available from the Workers Education Authority that offers 'An introduction to climate change and peak oil and what can be done by individuals and communities to move towards a sustainable low-carbon future.'
It’s Rathole Radio 75 already and it feels like only yesterday the show started. We’re not quite over he hill yet you young whipper snappers. Get off our lawn! I played my usual eclectic mix of music, conjured the image of Sir David Attenborough naked (pass the mind bleach) and performed a live tune. A pretty regular show then. Hope you enjoy it.

Social Media Cafe Liverpool is back and this time it's audio that gets all the attention and rightly so.
Static Gallery on Roscoe Lane will once again host SMCliv on Thursday April 19th where they will be offering an evening exploring the growing use of audio within Social Media. Looking at online audio platforms, podcasting and the uses of audio for business development.
A panel of three experts will present on their areas of specialism in audio and social media, be that marketing, journalism, writing, teaching or music. The forum will then be opened out to the floor for a more general discussion and Q&A session.
Another Rathole Radio is upon and this one is a bumper edition. 71mins to be precise. I must have felt more chatty or something, hard to see how that’s possible. This was broadcast on Mother’s Day here in the UK but I didn’t have a special song for that. Instead I performed a folk song to celebrate St Patrick’s Day on Saturday. I hope you enjoy the show.
On Friday 18th May from 4pm until late over 40 of Liverpool’s best arts & heritage venues will throw open their doors for fun-seekers of all ages.
With a mixture of exhibitions, performances and hands-on activities LightNight offers visitors a chance to rediscover and celebrate Liverpool’s impressive world-class cultural offer. The event is part of the Museums at Night initiative when galleries and museums around Europe open late, staging special events.
A new exhibition opens on Friday 6th April at Penny Lane Gallery featuring work by Paul Berry and John Cutts. Their exhibition entitled 31 will present a collection of limited editions from their latest series of urban and abstract digital art.
Cutts and Berry are photographers and artists working with a shared vision based on their passion for the visual arts and exhibit collective as Where Art Now. For their exhibition “31”, they have chosen 31 images from their urban and abstract collections, together with several new pieces.
This looks so good I booked myself on to it and should be as it's a subject I am really interested in but would never know about how to find out more about it - so this is a perfect opportunity. The digital designer’s playbook is taking place on 30th March 2012 @ 1.00pm and is FREE to attend and only a couple of hours long.
So what is it then I hear you ask?
