Who wouldn't like to learn how to use a laser cutter and build your own designs. Well now you can with this one day course at DoES Liverpool.

 

Starting from the basics of laser cutting and operating a hobby laser cutter, this course will take you through preparing designs for cutting or engraving to making your own items.

This course will teach you

  • How a laser cutter works.
  • Cutting, line engraving and fill engraving,
  • How to Use Inkscape to produce cut-files
  • How to choose Materials 2D to 3D, joining and jointing techniques

Plus it will give you concentrated help and support for prototyping and refining your own designs

At the end of the day you should be proficient enough to use a hobby laser cutter by yourself.
