Dutch artist Lambert Kamps went to Taxifix "the No. 1 place to go for all your taxi repairs", who kindly donated the upturned Hackney Cab for this project. Which was part of the Leeds Liverpool canal project from the Liverpool Biennial. Residents in the area have also been witness to a floating mint tea house, plus other floating items such as a skip piled high to look like it had been dumped in the canal. This was all part of Urbanism 09
Some of the strange things that artists will get up to if you let them. God life would be so boring without them.
Liverpool Stories has a fine array of video stories and is a fine video maker to do visit and view the rest. www.liverpoolstories.blogspot.com
