Art in Liverpool Podcast Yours arts MP3, this weeks brings you news from  Art in Liverpool FM, The Liverpool Biennial, The Independents and Le Corbusier. Plus what’s opening in the Visual Arts in Liverpool this week.

We both have biennial fever and have been so busy seeing things that we haven't had a great deal of time to chat or keep the respective websites up to date. So biennial, biennial, biennial

Highlights so far - Sparling St (Pilkingtons) Leandro Erlich 'carousel', Tomas Saraceno 'air-port-city', Yayoi Kusama 'gleaming lights of the souls'. At the the Bluecoat - Royal Art Lodge, Sarah Sze and David Blandy 'mingering mike', Tracy Moffatt 'disaster'. At Tate Liverpool Ged Quin, he is also in the John Moores 25 (nice but not the picture I chose for the prize)

Ian is impressed with Terry Duffy's 'monuments' at Martins Bank and the 'Liverpool International Artists' at the Contemporary Urban Centre and at FACT U-Ram Choe installation 'Hidden Shadow of Moon'.

Curve Gallery till 04.10.2008 - Exhibition: Hannah Fray, Joe Bampton & Emily Speed explore relationships between architecture and homelessness, memory & personal space.

Also been seen was the maiden voyage of Jump Ship Rat's U51 boat / mobile waterfall at the weekend. Still some adjustments to make but should be there again on Thursday eve 5-7 then sat/sun at 2-4pm.

Also Tracey Emin's 'For You' neon in cathedral which says 'I felt you and knew that you loved me'
