The half day seminar provides an overview of sponsorship and ways of working with business. It is suitable for fundraisers new to sponsorship or wishing to brush up their knowledge as well as staff and board members from arts organisations or museums looking to diversify their funding or artists interested in making links with the corporate sector. The Sponsorship Seminar is designed not only to raise understanding of arts sponsorship, but also to give practical guidance on how to secure it.
The session is interactive with questions welcomed and opportunities to share learning across the group. There will be exercises to put learning into practice and every delegate receives a workbook to be filled in during the session to help build a strategy for engaging with business after the session.
