Their first event on Crowd Funding was a great sucess so they have now announced the next event covering Philanthropy and Fundraising in the 21st Century.
"Getting your organisation supported, whether it is through trusts and foundations, sponsorship, individual giving, by becoming a local supplier or skills and knowledge sharing, is a challenging and competitive environment."
This event will bring together a panel of experts to share their knowledge and experience, chaired by Adrienne Taylor of North West Philanthropy Fellowship and will consist of;
Cath Riseborough – Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Liverpool One
Cathy Elliott – CEO, Merseyside Community Foundation
Lesley Beattie – Commercial Director, LCC
Mike Cavanagh – Group HR and Communications Manager, Bibby Line Group
Iona Horsburgh – Executive Director, FACT
Everybody Knows Something is a new series of seminars and workshops being run by FACT for the benefit of the creative industries in Liverpool and are completely free to attend.
Each event will be different; the common theme being that somebody is prepared to donate their time to impart information to help others working in the creative industries whether that be art, architecture, gaming or graphic design. It is simply based on the premise that everybody knows something and that somebody wants to know it!
To reserve a free ticket please visit the eventbrite booking page. They only have 45 places available so strict attendance to 1 person per organisation so that as many people as possible can attend.
