The general idea is that businesses post an issue they want help with and also offer something they are willing to exchange such as skills, knowledge, contacts etc they may have that will benefit other businesses or alternatively they can just offer to pay for the assistance they require.

Examples we have encountered to date have been accounting support in return for a web site, IT Support for a logo design etc.
