Liverpool's creative developement agency ACME are launching the brand new network in September. OK it has the same name as the old Liverpool network but we are promised something brand new and a bit more function than the old site, as it has been built from the ground up by Design Agency Splinter. I should know I helped with the user testing, so I hope they took my advice.
Yes, ACME has been busy reinventing this unique site that promotes Liverpool's creative community, and it will soon be ready for creatives to update their profile and portfolio, and re-connect with others and with your Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn accounts.
Liverpool's monthly Social Media Cafe has announced that it is going to be having eight speakers at it's event next week, with a real range of subjects that has something to suit everyone.
With talks on web security, Local TV, blogging about food and digitally engaging older people what more could you want, it's a real range of diverse talks and from what I hear they are expecting more. Plus it's all for FREE because they love you so much.

These can be on - "Interesting new technology, online social movements, online trends, innovative digital projects you’re involved in or anything else you want to share – come along and tell us about it. The only thing off-limits is promotional talks for commercial enterprises."
