Art in Liverpool podcast logoThe Bank holiday approaches and there is loads of stuff going on this weekend so find out what’s on and what’s coming up in the Liverpool’s arts scene. And find out details on how to win tickets to see Tony Benn at the Liverpool Philharmonic. 

This week Ian reviews Bluecoat Display Centre’s west meets west exhibition, Shankly at the Olympia, Terry Duffy at the Walker, four artists at the people’s Centre and we talk about the great day we had at the fantastic Rotunda Pavillion.

This week Ian has a great competition coming up to win a pair of tickets to see Tony Benn at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall find out more detail in the podcast. This weeks there is the launch of the Edge Hill pavillion on Friday evening and on Saturday they are having a fun day for all the family which may include volunteering for an ESP experiment, also this weekend Tate’s 20th Birthday and Futuresonic in Manchester, Tatton Park biennial and the Shrew artists group show in Birkenhead Pavillion - everyone is getting a pavillion these days - Ben Johnson’s Liverpool Cityscape is complete so listen again to Ian’s interview with Ben.
