RSPCA advert

There is an rspca ad on the tele that has a caption informing everyone that no animals were harmed while they made it. I was wondering what kind of world we live in when they think that would be the?? immediate conclusion of some people. But then i remembered that it was the lack of any kind of similar declaration during the bbc coverage of the BP oil leak that made me realise they caused it.
