Film Times for Friday 17th - Thursday 22nd December

Back when computer games were created in people's bedrooms on ZX Spectrums, Disney made a movie about the amazing world of, er, computer programming. Thankfully the film is better than that  introduction, and TRON, with it's unique visual style, was a massive cult hit, finding its way into the hearts of a generation of computer geeks and film fans.

25 years later, Jeff Bridges returns to the mainframe in TRON: LEGACY - the long awaited sequel. Will the improvement in special effects ever surpass the originality of TRON? Will we be hooked for another generation? Will anyone even acknowledge the existence of XBox 360? who knows..... also this week, we have advanced screenings of the excellent LITTLE FOCKERS.

On Saturday there is a Christmas KIDSCREEN SPECIAL - festive fun for all the family - plus a special plump beardy guest. All tickets £3.

plus -if you're still stuck for gift ideas, grab Plaza's fantastic Plaza 2011 Calendar - available now on our Ebay shop! (as well as from the Cinema Box Office, or the Cinema Support Shop (St John's Road).)
