Innovation For Improvement
Deadline:  16.00 on Friday 3 June 2016

The Health Foundation’s Innovation For Improvement programme is currently open for applications. The aim of the programme is  to improve health care delivery and/or the way people manage their own health care through the redesign of processes, practices and services.

    n
  • £1.5m is available for up to 20 teams to test and develop innovative ideas and approaches to improve health care delivery and/or the way people manage their own health care in the UK.
  • n
  • Each project team will receive up to £75,000 of funding to support the implementation and measurement of the project.
  • n
  • Teams should demonstrate how their projects will lead to direct benefits or impact on patients.
  • n
nApplications must be led by an organisation providing health services free at the point of care in primary, secondary or tertiary care, and have more than 50% of their work with NHS-funded patients.
