They are seeking to appoint a Visitor Services Co-ordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality visitor and customer service for Liverpool Biennial 2012. The Visitor Services Co-ordinator will ensure that volunteers are prepared, motivated and empowered to deliver an excellent visitor experience. The successful candidate will have proven skills and experience in customer service, team leadership and administration. They will also need to have a good knowledge of, and the ability to communicate well about, contemporary visual art.
The post will run from 1 September to 14 December 2012, on a full-time basis at salary band 5A (currently £15,888 per annum). Shifts will involve weekends and evenings.
