Services Writer in Residence Opportunity
Writing on the Wall is seeking to appoint a Writer in Residence for two days per week. The contract will run until March 2013 though it may be extended subject to funding. The Writer in Residence will lead on a number of community based creative writing projects, engaging diverse and often ‘hard to reach’ groups and individuals.
If you like your art and you like your technology then you will probably like your artechnology (made up word) - Yes it's that's time when the Abandon Normal Devices festival comes around. This year it's in Manchester but don't let that put you off as there will be a fine selection of work on offer, to challenge, inspre and hopefully meta confuse our notions of Winning.
It only lasts 5 Days so don't be a loser and get along as soon as you can.
Legendary photographer Bill Zygmant, famed for his images of musicians and celebrities including The Beatles, Bee Gees and Jimi Hendrix, wiil be showcasing his collection of photographs from next week at Penny Lane Gallery.

Anthony McCall's Column opens at the end of August on the Wirral
Towering high into the sky the column of air will rise and rise above the Mersey Estuary. and will be visible from 60 Miles away, this is really going to be quite cool once it finally gets working.
