Seminar 5: Rights and IP Jo Higgins, Young People's Web Content Manager, South London Gallery outlines her experience and approach to rights and IP in the development of REcreative, a digital arts service for children and young people. This video is for arts organisations and artists from across England who want to learn from and share experiences about the use, exploitation and development of rights models around new and archive material on digital platforms. BBC Academy and Arts Council England have joined forces to offer training and guidance to the arts sector across England on how to maximize the creation and distribution of high quality arts content for audiences on digital platforms, including online, mobile and internet protocol television.
