This is the second I’ve listened to and so far I haven’t been disappointed yet, they are both great. Both have a raw quality to them which I love or maybe it is just because they are set in Liverpool that I love them.

Poor Heinz is in love with Rosa but Rosa only has eyes for Alan her Philosophy lecturer. His two thousand texts and offers of discount vouchers for the Threshers on Aigburth Road don’t cut much mustard with Rosa. Poor Heinz doesn;t know taht as he visits Rosa is busy packing for a move to Bangor university with Alan. But all comes right in the end.
It’s a bit Allo Allo in parts with ropey accents but it doesn’t do it any harm and it’s well worth a listen.

The second play in a series of 10 written and performed by Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse in conjunction with LIPA Radio. To find out more go to www.LIPARadio.com and www.EverymanPlayhouse.com
