Innovation for Improvement programme - short deadline

Innovation For Improvement
Deadline: 16.00 on Friday 3 June 2016


The Health Foundation's Innovation For Improvement programme is currently open for applications. The aim of the programme is to improve health care delivery and/or the way people manage their own health care through the redesign of processes, practices and services. 

  • £1.5m is available for up to 20 teams to test and develop innovative ideas and approaches to improve health care delivery and/or the way people manage their own health care in the UK.
  • Each project team will receive up to £75,000 of funding to support the implementation and measurement of the project.
  • Teams should demonstrate how their projects will lead to direct benefits or impact on patients.
Applications must be led by an organisation providing health services free at the point of care in primary, secondary or tertiary care, and have more than 50% of their work with NHS-funded patients.
