Liverpool’s 1st Music Barcamp will be taking place on Saturday 23rd April as part of the Liverpool Working Class Music festival.
Liverpool’s Music Barcamp are looking for participants who are willing to share their skills and experience in the music community and industry in all it's local and independent forms at a unique open event.
Liverpool Acoustic is launching a brand new event this month that gives a little eXtra to the local music scene.
Liverpool Acoustic eXtra will take place on the second Friday of each month at the View Two Gallery on Mathew Street. Unlike the established Liverpool Acoustic Live event which sees local musicians performing alongside national and international acts, Liverpool Acoustic eXtra will only feature acoustic musicians from Liverpool and the 'Greater Merseyside' area.
University students host lecture and concert as part of international Music Freedom Day on Thursday, March 3nd
The University of Liverpool’s Lecture Theatre 9 in the Rendall Building will be buzzing come Thursday, as more than 10 musicians and speakers will participate in a symposium supporting Music Freedom Day. The annual global event provides an opportunity for music lovers to discuss, analyse, and raise awareness about the subject of censorship by working in conjunction with Freemuse, a non-profit organization that advocates freedom of expression for all composers and musicians.
Liverpool Acoustic Live's 2nd birthday is taking place on Friday 25th February 2011 at the View Two Gallery on Mathew Street. This event sold out three weeks in advance, although they've still got a few press tickets available. And we wish them a very Happy Birthday.

Liverpool Acoustic Live returns this months on Friday 24th September at it's normal home of the fantastic, visit it more than once View Two Gallery on Mathew Street. It's going to be having an awesome Stuckists exhibition on at the same time. The doors open at 8.00pm with the music starting at 8.30pm and finishing at 11.15pm.
