Managing projects is what I do and what I have done for years and yet it’s still possible to come across something new something that shows you you aren’t doing quite as well as you should. This presentation from John McKerrell an iPhone app developer is concise and insightful OK it’s about apps but all the stages are there plus time for reflection so it is easy to use it within different fields.
